五、性状：深蓝色三斜晶体或蓝色结晶性颗粒或粉末。具有令人厌恶的金属味。干燥空气中缓慢风化。相对密度2.284。高于150℃形成白色易吸水的无水 铜。于650℃分解成氧化铜。易溶于水（26.3g/100g，20℃），呈酸性，0.1mol/L水溶液的pH值为4.17（15℃）。易溶于甘油，溶于稀乙醇，不溶于无水乙醇。

六、用途：营养增补剂、抗微生物剂、固化剂、加工助剂。

七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋，每袋净重25kg。

八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character: It’s deffloresces slowly in dry air. 150℃, it loses water and form Anhydrous Copper Sulfate which absorbs water easily. It’s freely soluble in water and aqueous 0.1mol/L aqueous solution is 4.17（15℃）. It’s freely soluble in glycerol and dilute ethanol but insoluble in pure ethanol.

6、Usage: It is used as nutritional supplement, antimicrobial agent, firming agent and processing aid.

7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer,25kg.
